The Hilton of

their own: The Chamisa Courtyard Cafe, built around the original
Ortiz Hacienda courtyard serves breakfast among lush greenery and
skylights. El Canon Wine and Coffee Bar offers a delicious
assortment of fresh baked pastries for a lighter breakfast, hand
carved sandwiches and soups for lunch, and a casual dinner menu.
Pinon Grill, a fine dining restaurant located in the oldest part of
the Casa de Ortiz provides an intimate setting with a traditional
kiva fireplace. The Conference Center provides 7,000 square feet of
meeting space, and the Mesa Ballroom can accommodate up to 500
people. Eight meeting rooms allow for flexibility in accommodating
most meeting agendas, with audiovisual equipment and video
conferencing capabilities.
